How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Remainingmarried Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Remainingmarried Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, a good first step is usually to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Remainingmarried Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Kansas.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@remainingmarried.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may mean talking with the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
